We are new business, however within a short period of time we have secured contracts with Global companies like Dunlop and with public sector organisations like NHS. We have applied Lean into many different sectors, our current portfolio extends to Healthcare, manufacturing, construction, logistics and warehousing and banking. We are working throughout Europe and are now seeking opportunities in India, Brazil and the USA.

To gain added value for our clients we have invested in an e-learning academy that complements our consultancy and training services. This provides our clients with the platform structure to develop their teams with the latest e-learning technology. The LTS Academy Development Zone is a flexible intuitive web based academy, designed to help clients engage with our online academy platform, It provides the technical infrastructure that supports clients entire learning architecture and enables them to extend training to a full blended training approach.

One area that we feel  is unique to business, is that we have just agreed with the global brand Dunlop to host our Lean University within the grounds of their facility in the UK. This will create a win, win situation for this exciting collaboration.

To enhance our connection between business and academia we have conducted lectures at the University of Coventry. We were asked to conduct a lecture to business leaders and MSc students in Rzeszow University in Poland.
